Port Douglas Yacht Club is a unique facility providing a relaxed environment for the enjoyment of members and guests.

A timeless reminder of the character and charm of a tropical sailing community.

Bar trading hours are from 3pm Monday to Friday and from 12 noon Saturday and Sunday. However, the club is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The restaurant and bar is open to visitors and non members and all must sign the visitors book on arrival.

Your support of Port Douglas Yacht Club assists in providing our members with facilities for the encouragement and development of the sporting and recreational activities of yachting and boating in all its forms.

Enjoy the hospitality of far north Queensland's favourite waterfront bar, home of the world famous Clipper Cup and Port Douglas Race Week, and an icon of the Douglas region.

Our bar has a range of quality beverages enabling you to choose from an extensive range of Australian and imported beers, wines and spirits. Then pull up a seat with the locals, and take in the amazing waterside scenery.

Port Douglas Yacht Club provides facilities for both members and visitors cruising in the area.

Clean showers and toilets are on site and available for use by members and visitors alike. Members requiring after hours access and visitors berthed at Closehaven Marina (adjacent to the yacht club) or at anchor in Dickson Inlet may be given a key upon request. A $50.00 key deposit is required.

A fully equipped laundry with washing machines, dryers, tubs and ironing equipment is also available. Operation for the washers and dryers is by coin in the slot.

There is a Hard Stand area on site. Here you can securely bring your boat out of the water to do some maintenance or just for storage. Phone the club (07 4099 4386) for prices, availability and size limitations. The Hard Stand is for use of financial members only. There is dynghy storage, ample parking and a boat ramp to access Dickson Inlet.

See you at the Yachtie...
